The closest place with a swimming pool to Villa Topi is the Trakiets horse base. It is located only 2 km from us and 5 minutes by car.
Although the distance is also suitable for walking, we do NOT recommend heading to the Trakiets Basin on foot. The road is inter-rural and quite busy. There is no banquette on the side and it is not intended to have people walking.
Between the village of Kaloyanovo and the village of Zhitnitsa during the summer months, you can also enjoy sunflower fields, mowed and baled wheat, it is best to stop by car if you want to take memorable photos from your vacation with us.
What will you find in Trakiets?
The swimming pool of the Trakiets horse base is also attractive with the oasis green area around it. The place is extremely well maintained and pleases the eye and the soul. It definitely predisposes to carelessness and relaxation. While collecting a tan, you can walk around the artificial lake with water lilies, sit in the shade of a gazebo hidden among the greenery of the wisteria… And the little ones can have fun on the wooden playground with many interactive activities that encourage children’s imaginations to unfold.
At the bar around the pool you can refresh yourself with homemade lemonades. And fans of the amber liquid – can enjoy live craft beer Jägerhoft.
For those who are hungry, the restaurant offers excellent and delicious food. We must have smiled at you, but as we share these lines, we think of the taste of ribs….

When is the best time to go to the pool?
If you have given yourself a longer vacation and have chosen to stay with us on weekdays as well, we advise you to go to the swimming pool at the Trakiets horse base right then: Monday – Thursday.
In this way, you will be able to spend quality time combined with good company and feel the rest. Traditionally, on the weekend, everywhere is full, because everyone is looking for salvation somewhere in the heat.
As warm as it is during the day, the evenings are definitely breathable. Even in the wee hours of the night it gets chilly. Evenings are a great time to spend outdoors in the courtyard of the house while showing each other photos and sharing impressions of the day.
