We are happy to have you as our guests!<\/strong><\/p>\n We hope that here you will be able to slow down, truly relax, and feel at home.<\/p>\n To make things easier for you from your very first day, we have gathered in one place the most useful information about the village of Kaloyanovo, food and shops nearby, restaurants, and interesting places to visit around Villa Topi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The easiest option, of course, is to prepare something you love at the house or fire up the barbecue in the garden. But if you don\u2019t feel like cooking or simply want to try something local, there are several options very close by.<\/p>\n In the center of Kaloyanovo<\/strong>, next to the bus stop at 6 Asen Gargov Street<\/strong>, there is a food stand with a hot food counter<\/strong>. Every day, they offer a selection of cooked dishes for lunch and dinner, BBQ, salads, and bread.<\/p>\n Opening hours:<\/strong> Monday \u2013 Saturday, closed on Sunday.<\/p>\n \u201cV & D Demerdzhievi\u201d grocery store<\/strong>, next to the hot food counter, is well stocked and you can find almost everything you may need during your stay. Card payments are accepted.<\/p>\n Open every day.<\/strong><\/p>\n Right next door, you will also find Fiore Bakery<\/strong>, where you can pick up freshly baked pastries for breakfast in the morning.<\/p>\n And if you would like to start your day in true Bulgarian style, try a warm banitsa with boza or ayran<\/strong>. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n The nearest grocery store is \u201cNashiya Magazin pri Eva\u201d<\/strong>. It is located on the side street opposite the Catholic church, only about a 5-minute walk from the villa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Whenever possible, we choose Bulgarian products and support local producers. So if you also enjoy locally made food, the neighboring village of Zhitnitsa is definitely worth a quick stop. But if you have some free time, here are our top 10 suggestions \u2013 some of them are also suitable for children.<\/p>\n Yes, our village has its own race track. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n Dragon Race Track<\/strong><\/a> is well known among car and motorcycle enthusiasts. If there is a practice session or event during your stay, you can stop by, have a coffee, and experience the atmosphere around the track. It is especially worth checking the track\u2019s schedule in advance if you are staying over the weekend.<\/p>\n Just a few minutes by car from us, you will find Trakiets Equestrian Center<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Entry to the stables and walks through the park are free. Children may enjoy riding a pony or a horse, and the restaurant at the complex is another good option for a meal in the area.<\/p>\n Under certain conditions, the swimming pool may also be available to outside visitors for an additional fee.<\/p>\n In the area around Kaloyanovo \u2013 on the road towards Hisarya, on the left-hand side \u2013 you will find the lavender fields of Lavender World<\/strong><\/a>, which are especially beautiful during the flowering season.<\/p>\n This year there are no specially arranged photo settings, but the fields themselves are well worth a visit. You can combine a day by the mineral water with a walk around Hisarya \u2013 one of the greenest and most interesting historical towns in the region.<\/p>\n If you enjoy unusual places, visit the village of Staro Zhelezare<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The walls and fences of many houses are painted with portraits of local residents alongside world-famous personalities, gradually transforming the village into a unique open-air gallery.<\/p>\n A walk around the village does not take long and is a great idea to combine with a visit to Hisarya.<\/p>\n Of course \u2013 Plovdiv<\/strong><\/a>. The city is only about 25 km from Villa Topi<\/strong> and definitely deserves at least one day. Plovdiv is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Europe, with a history stretching back thousands of years. Thracians, Romans, Byzantines, Ottomans, and Bulgarians have all left their mark, and today you can literally walk through different historical periods.<\/p>\n Visit the Old Town, the Ancient Theatre, the Roman Stadium, and Nebet Tepe<\/strong>, take a walk along the main pedestrian street, and then leave some time for coffee, wine, or dinner in the artistic Kapana district<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Plovdiv is a city you don\u2019t simply have to sightsee \u2013 give yourself some time to simply experience it.<\/p>\n Starosel<\/strong> is a wonderful choice for a half-day trip.<\/p>\n The area is home to one of Bulgaria\u2019s most impressive Thracian temple complexes \u2013 the complex at Chetinyova Mogila. Discovered in 2000, it takes us back to the time of the Thracian rulers and their religious rituals. After exploring the history, you can visit Starosel Winery<\/strong><\/a>, have lunch, and if you enjoy wine, take home a bottle of good Bulgarian wine as a souvenir.<\/p>\n History, wine, and the beautiful slopes of Sredna Gora \u2013 this is why Starosel is one of the places we always recommend.<\/p>\n Hisarya \u2013 mineral water and 1,700 years of history<\/strong><\/a>.
