Villa Topi is located in the peaceful Bulgarian village of Kaloyanovo, near Plovdiv and the Dragon Race Track.
The villa is available for full rental, suitable for up to 10 guests, accommodated in 4 double bedrooms and 1 room with two single beds located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Guests have access to a shared first floor for gatherings, a bathroom and toilet on each floor, fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, a spacious yard, BBQ area, and cozy relaxation corners.
The house is now also equipped with a heat pump system, ensuring comfort in all seasons – cooling in summer and heating in winter.
