The village is located about 26 km north of Plovdiv, about 25 km south of Starosel, 19 km south of Hisarya, 30 km south of Banya and about 156 km southeast of Sofia.

If you are traveling on the highway “Trakiya”/A1/E80, direction from Sofia to Burgas at 126 km, take the turnoff on the right “Karlovo, Hisarya”, turn at the cloverleaf and take the Karlovo highway. If you are traveling from the opposite direction Burgas – Sofia, take the exit on the right again for “Karlovo, Hisarya”.

Entering the village of Kaloyanovo and following the main road (only straight), you reach the center of the village. You will easily recognize it by the large metal cross on the right with the inscription “Never Again”. 500 meters away is the main hub – namely Grandma Zoya’s ice cream stall. Here you turn right – that is, BEFORE the ice cream and past a hotel building under construction (follow the big sign St Joseph’s Nursing Home). The road is a short intersection at the end of which you turn right, left. On the left side of the street is the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. After it the road splits into 3, you take the middle intersection, at the end of it you turn right and the first white house on the left is Villa Topi.

If you travel by bus or train

If you travel by bus or train

Another option

You can use bus or train transport to Plovdiv. From there there is a regular bus to Hisarya and Starosel with a stop in the village of Kaloyanovo. When you get off at the stop, turn left and after 300 meters you will find yourself at the extension with the ice cream, continue according to the instructions above or call us and we will come to meet you at the stop.

You can use bus or train transport to Plovdiv. From there there is a regular bus to Hisarya and Starosel with a stop in the village of Kaloyanovo.
