This is our very quick and always successful Saturday brunch recipe. The whole house smells of freshly baked muffin-shaped patties, for more convenient eating. It is usually shuffled by the early risers to be shared with the sleepy pyjama company that assembles light lighter. This time it’s served in front of the fireplace rather than at the large dining table in our first floor common space, set up just right for gathering, eating and reflection.
Here is the exact recipe for our savoury muffins.
For our more enthusiastic guests who want to prepare the breakfast themselves, we also apply the recipe with a few jokers from us.
There is a muffin tin in the tray drawer under the oven. And if you lack products, you can buy from the nearest grocery store – it is located at the intersection opposite the Catholic Church (just a 5-minute walk from the house).
Let’s start making our lazy pie or savory muffins!
Method of preparation
Mix together:
– 1 bucket of yogurt
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 tsp oil/olive oil/melted butter
Add to the mixture and:
– 2 teaspoons of flour
– 1 baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
Finally, add crushed cheese and give a final stir.
In a muffin tin, grease the nests well with butter and put 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
Put a small piece of butter on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put it in the oven and then turn it on. For me, in 20–25 minutes at 250° – until done (hahaha)
When we take them out, we cover them with a kitchen towel for a while until they cool down.
We serve them with ayrianche – mmm. Bring your fingers closer.
Here is a trick to diversify our salty muffins.
To the mixture, we can replace or add to the cheese finely chopped olives, smoked fillet, yellow cheese, dried tomatoes, vegetables… In this way, from one base, we can get different tastes and a varied breakfast.
