The preparation
First, scald the nettles in boiling water for 5 minutes. During this time, we also prepare the rest of the products.
Clean, wash and finely chop the fresh onion. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. And in another vessel we also prepare the crumbled cheese.
The quantities depend on the volume of nettles you are preparing. And also from your taste preferences. We like to feel the abundance and do not skimp on products.
How to prepare spring nettle:
1. Stew the onion
2. Add the drained and chopped scalded nettles. Let the flavors mix for a while.
3. Add the beaten eggs.
