When we have to explain where Villa Topi is located, we often answer “20 km from Plovdiv and 20 km from Hisarya”. We are literally in the middle 🙂
And the town of Hisarya is one of the most famous Bulgarian resorts with its mineral springs and year-round pools.

The complex is being expanded and refined every year. In 2023, the newest addition is the camping caravan area.
We definitely recommend that after the long morning coffee under the vine in the courtyard of Villa Topi, you treat yourself to a whole day of relaxation in the mineral complex.
Several pools of different sizes and water temperatures await you there. They made sure there was something for everyone. For the little ones there is a pool with splashing sponges. For the older ones, there is a pool with corridors, for swimming lengths. And for those who like to take pictures, there are pools with jacuzzis, bridges, an island with palm trees. We are sure that everyone will be able to find their favorite place.
There are also several restaurants, a water bar and more tempting areas to recharge, fresh cocktails and delicious meals.
You will find plenty of sunbeds both around the pools and on the green areas around them. They are surrounded by gardens with aromatic herbs and olive trees.
