Booking.com describes the Traveller Review Awards as recognition for the efforts that make every stay something special. For 2026, the awards are based on the average guest review score over a three-year period, from December 2022 to November 2025. This means it reflects consistent quality—not just one great weekend, but a sustained measurement of satisfaction from real guests over the years.

What’s new and what improvements we made during 2025
Here’s what we added and improved over the past year to make your stay even more peaceful, even more comfortable, and even more like home:
1) We installed a heat pump system for comfort in every season
- A cooling system for summer heat – so you don’t have to worry about hot days and can enjoy a cool indoor space, no matter how strong the sun is outside.
- Heating and a warm home in winter – it matters to us that when you arrive, the house is already cozy and ready for a peaceful evening.
2) There is now a bathroom on each floor
- A bathroom and toilet on every floor – a small change that makes a big difference, especially when you host up to 10 guests. No waiting, no discomfort. It’s a convenience that is often appreciated most by families and larger groups.
3) We continue to stand by our philosophy of privacy and personal space
- We keep our philosophy: the house is available exclusively to one group – we never mix separate groups together and never host noisy, uncontrolled gatherings.
- This is a place for real, quiet time together—weekends, family occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, peaceful escapes from the city, and friends who want to gather their memories in one place.
4) We always want you to feel welcome, through small details that make the difference from a hotel
- A nicely set table, a lit fireplace, a ready-to-use kitchen, attention to cleanliness in the bedrooms, warm touches that make you feel at home—and this isn’t something we do only because of an award.
- This is how we welcome guests every day—with care, attention, and a personal approach, exactly as we would for friends.
